Thank you for shopping with Emily Estes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Digital products or downloadable content
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at emilyestescollection@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank
If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be processed.
